National Media Market & Conference is a registered nonprofit
501(c)(6). Our board is comprised of librarians from varying types of institutions and representatives from leading media companies such as film distributors and streaming platforms. Board members must be current participants at NMM. Download our bylaws - click here.
NMM Conference Structure
The National Media Market & Conference convenes in an all-suite hotel rather than a convention center, allowing exhibitors to set up individual preview stations within their suites for on-demand screening and discussions with buyer-attendees.
Exhibitors' suites are clustered together to make it convenient for attendees to meet with exhibitors. A program guide is published prior to the Market to help attendees prioritize and maximize the time they'll spend browsing exhibitors’ offerings.
In addition to film previews, attendees can meet with exhibitors from content platforms for streaming video and other services relevant to media collection at public and educational institutions.
