ARTICLE X. AMENDMENTS
A. These Bylaws shall not be altered, amended or repealed unless by and with the consent and approval as provided in these Bylaws. B. Consent and approval of any amendments to the Bylaws of the Association may be given:
- By a majority vote of the total Board
- No written proxy votes shall be accepted on amendments
