Following is a schedule of refunds to companies who find it necessary to cancel their participation after payment:
   
120 days or more before the Market: 50% cash refund.
From 119 through 90 days before the Market: 25% cash refund.
89 days or less before the Market: No cash refund. 50% will be applied toward the following year.
