For First Time Exhibitors:
The Board of Directors has limited participation to 55 companies. New companies
will be admitted on a first come, first served basis, providing they meet the
criteria
for participation (

For companies that have never participated, there is a start-up fee of $500 in addition to the room rental fee. The registration fee of approximately $2,400 covers most of your cost of attending the Market, including your screening suite. Rooms are assigned based on a point system established by the NMM Board of Directors and is based on previous participation in the Market.
Included in the registration fee are your screening suite, registration for two company representatives (including tickets for luncheons and receptions), 2 TV/DVD combos, workshops, targeted mailings to potential attendees, a link from the National Media Market’s website to yours, and four 8½″ × 11″ pages in our Program Guide. In addition to your regular screening room fee, the hotel will assess each Exhibiting Company a $100 per room set-up fee which includes internet, one 6′ skirted table, and two chairs.
